Our Founder
Dr Carrington Peter Morgan is a strategic planning consultant specializing in social and economic development in volatile inner-city communities. He is a Justice of the Peace, has a Masters’ degree in Business Administration, and a PhD in Leadership and Social Change. Dr Carrington is also Pastor and Executive Director of City Life Ministries, a faith-based NGO located in Downtown Kingston. For the last 20 years he has been designing and implementing programmes in partnership with the church, private sector corporations, government agencies, and international development partners.
